We went to Gettysburg on the 6th of April and had intended on coming back to Massanutten on the 8th, however as fate would have it, our car broke down and we spent the entire day of the 8th trying to get it fixed. So, just like the Confederates we had a good first two days in Gettysburg, got beat up on day three and retreated to Northern Virginia on Day 4. We did have a great time on the battlefield, especially Devil's Den and Little Round Top. Kaitlyn loved climbing the rocks in Devil's Den and of course so did Daddy. We also went to General Lee's HQ during the battle of Gettysburg and went through the museum.
