|  Northern Europe Cruise
We just returned from our Baltic Cruise with MSC Cruiseline and it was a blast. The cruise started in Copenhagen, Denmark, where we stayed in the Marriott on the waterfront and we walked downtown in the rain for some ice cream. From Copenhagen it went to Visby, Sweden, where we walked through the Medieval town and had ice cream. After the ship left Visby we went to Riga, Latvia where we toured the city via the paid excursion. After we left Riga we headed towards Helsinki, Finland where we walked around the town and had ice cream. Then it was off to St. Petersburg, Russia and the Hermitage. This was the highlight of our trip and one of the biggest reasons we decided to take the cruise. Next we had a day at sea and then we were off to Kiel, Germany here we walked around a little while they were having their mid-summer's night fest and had ice cream, it started to rain, so we headed back to the boat early and there weren't enough pictures to do a web page, but they had some great ice cream! Then back to Denmark, where we went to Trivoli Gardens and had of course, ice cream. Overall, it was an amazing trip, even though there were some weather issues.
